  • Shoulder Roasts - or Chops
  • Loin Chops
  • Flaps - Packed
  • Racks if requested - reduces loin chops
  • All chops come frozen freeflow in resealable bags

Optional Extras Pricing

  • Seasoned Flaps: $1.00 extra
  • Boned and Rolled Roasts: $5.00 extra
  • Diced or Mince: $5.00 extra
  • Mutton Hams: $12.00 per leg
